Our projects are based on an hourly rate of $50/hr, combined with years of experience accurately estimating timelines. Once the project begins, we’ll present the first draft for your feedback. At this stage, we’ll send the first invoice for 50% of the total cost. Upon payment, we’ll continue refining the design until finalization and launch, at which point the remaining 50% will be due. We process payments through Stripe, which accepts credit cards, business cards, and ACH bank transfers.

Absolutely! We can build a brand-new Squarespace site while keeping your current site live. Your new site will be designed on our Squarespace account, and once it's ready, we'll transfer it to your account and migrate your domain to the new design. This ensures a smooth transition with no very little downtime.

Yes! We specialize in Squarespace because it strikes the perfect balance between powerful features and ease of use. It’s user-friendly enough for quick updates or adding pages while allowing deep customization, SEO optimization, and custom CSS for a highly polished design.

That said, we’re also expanding into Framer for more complex website builds, using it on a case-by-case basis when advanced functionality is needed.

If you're moving from another platform, we’ll build your new Squarespace site while keeping your current one live, ensuring a smooth transition. Every platform has its own transfer process, but don’t worry—we’ve done this before and will even coordinate directly with your platform to make the switch seamless.

Everything we created for your project—all design assets, graphics, images, videos, fonts, icons, and more—neatly organized in a shared Google Drive. Even unused concepts are yours to keep. We believe that when you invest in design, it should be 100% yours. Every element is custom-built for your practice, making it uniquely yours and not reusable for anyone else.

Due to the nature of our work, spending tens of hours to deliver the designs, we cannot offer refunds, but rest assured that we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your end-result.
